Trainers agree to the following terms and conditions in their submissions to SgHACK2023.

1.1 All materials will be reviewed by at least two reviewers from the SgHACK2023 and RingZer0 Training Committees.

1.2 The language of the training event is English, and all classes should be in English.

1.3 While the submission form requires details for the Trainer, and if applicable co-Trainers, SgHACK will only contact the submitting author.

1.4 The decision of SgHACK2023 and RingZer0 regarding the acceptance of the proposed class is final.

1.5 SgHACK2023 and RingZer0 will notify Trainers of acceptance, rejection and/or suggested modifications as soon as the review process has been completed. Trainers should act on feedback and comments in a timely fashion, in order to ensure their submissions are reconsidered.

1.6 By submitting a class proposal to be reviewed, the Trainer is agreeing that they will attend the event and present their submission.

By submitting your proposed class to SgHACK 2023:

2.1 You certify that the submitted class will be original, will not violate or infringe upon any existing copyright or other right of any third party; will contain nothing obscene, blasphemous, defamatory, misleading, or otherwise unlawful; and you further certify that you have the right to enter into this agreement.

2.2 If the proposed class does not conform to the language set out in Paragraph 2.1 above, you will indemnify SgHACK2023 and RingZer0 against any claims, loss, injury, damage, or costs (including legal costs) that arise as a result of your submission. You will be responsible (at your expense) for obtaining permission for the inclusion in the proposed class of any third-party copyright material.

2.3 Copyright of the training event as a whole is exclusively with SgHACK and RingZer0. Trainers retain the exclusive rights to their submissions, and upon selection, Trainers grant a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to SgHACK and RingZer0 to reproduce an abstract and other materials relating to the class on the event’s website.
